The Overview
We start with a visit to your property to understand the space, its existing furniture, assess the strengths and weaknesses and consider the target buyer.
We’ll then create a tailored staging plan designed to make the most of what you already have, shaped around your lifestyle and needs.
This might involve rearranging furniture to improve flow, removing certain pieces, restyling and redecorating rooms and introducing carefully selected furniture, artwork, lighting, textiles and accessories where needed.
Rather than making your home feel like a show home, our aim is to enhance its best features while creating a cohesive, considered look that appeals to buyers and photographs beautifully.
How it works
We take care of sourcing, delivery, installation and styling.
Furniture and accessories can be either rented from Fresh Stage London or sourced by us for you to own, giving you the flexibility to continue living in your home while it is on the market.
We are also happy to stage properties with pets.
Once the staging period is complete, we return to collect our pieces and any items you'd like us to remove, ready for the new owner!
