The Process
We start with a visit to your property to understand the space, its character and the likely buyer. From there, we create a tailored staging scheme, selecting furniture, artwork, lighting and accessories that complement the property and help each room feel purposeful.
Our team takes care of the entire process, from sourcing and delivery through to installation and styling. Once staged, the property is ready for photography, viewings and marketing.
Rather than applying a standard look to every home, we style each property individually. We work with its existing architecture and features, creating spaces that feel natural, aspirational and appropriate for the property and its target market.
How it works
Furniture and accessories are rented for an agreed staging period, giving you everything needed to present the property at its best without the cost or commitment of furnishing it permanently.
At the end of the staging period, we return to dismantle and remove everything, leaving the property as we found it.
